All of our products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each item is custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our woodworking products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3-5 business days of delivery at branchfurnitureco@gmail.com with:

Your order number

A description of the damage

Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders

All custom or personalized items are made to your specifications. Please double-check all measurements, finishes, and design requests before submitting your order, as we cannot modify or cancel custom pieces once work has begun.

We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every woodworking piece from Branch Handmade Furniture to ensure it arrives safely.

1. Processing Time

Each order is handmade to order. Please allow 10-20 weeks (minimum) for production before shipping.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size or the costs are already included in your total.
We ship via UPS or FedEx.

If you’d like a custom shipping quote for bulk or oversized items, contact us at branchfurnitureco@gmail.com before placing your order.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

We do not take international orders at this time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
